We were established in 1994 By Edward McCourt and his colleague Joanne Rodwell. Prior to this Edward was with a large well known firm of solicitors in Holborn. The Practice specialises in all types of residential and commercial property transactions.

The focus of the practice is simple, and that is to provide our clients with a quality conveyancing service with emphasis on attention to detail, maintaining clear communications with clients, agents and other solicitors and a proactive commercial approach.
